this has helped me to lose 21 lbs I highly recommend it, but you must use it in conjunction with a dvd program which coaches you. You also must must challenge yourself. Definitely a necessary component for a home gym!!! no excuses now!!

Having the Spinner Pro for a few days I have come to the conclusion that it needs some serious fine tuning. The seat post and handle bar posts are way to short. Also the pop in adjustments need to go. It is way too hard to fine tune your spin bike.
