Star Trac - HumanSport Total Delts

The swivel pulley design found on all Star Trac® HumanSport pieces provides an unlimited range of motion. For the Total Delts machine, this allows the user to target every unique portion of the shoulders. The lower pulleys provide front and lateral raise movements while the upper handles focus on the rear delts and a variety of other upper body muscles.
